Electrical Condition Reports for Rentals
Our electrical engineers are qualified and approved by the NICEIC and SELECT to carry out formal inspections and assessments of electrical installations, electrical fittings and fixed electrical equipment in commercial and rental properties, concluding with the issue of an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR).
An EICR must be carried out every five years for commercial properties or residential lettings (or whenever there is a change of tenancy). Industrial buildings and warehouses require an EICR every three years; educational institutions every five years; and hotels, restaurants, cinemas and theatres should be inspected annually.
We also offer routine PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) to ensure the safety of electrical equipment across all industries and workplaces like shops, schools, banks, guest houses and factories, as well as in rental properties.
We provide EICRs and PAT testing across the Highlands and Islands, including Inverness, Sutherland and Caithness, Wester Ross, The Hebrides, Orkney and Shetland.

We're NICEIC regulated, which means we've undergone a rigorous assessment process of our work.
